We are looking for an experienced SAP Support Consultant to join a global team supporting a complex enterprise landscape for a leading manufacturer of office equipment and digital solutions.

In this role, you will focus primarily on SAP Sales (SD/MM) support within an SAP ECC environment, working as part of a broader team covering Salesforce CRM and other SAP ERP domains. You will play a key role in ensuring secure operations, continuous improvements, and effective collaboration with business stakeholders.

Location: Toronto area, Canada (hybrid – ideally 3 days/week in office, but discussable) Employment Type: Full-time, long-term. Provide L2/L3 support for SAP ECC, primarily in Sales (SD) and Logistics (MM) areas

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Salesforce CRM, SAP FI/CO, and SAP BW
- Ensure smooth integration between SAP ECC and Salesforce CRM
- Perform minor enhancements, configuration changes, and testing activities




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization
- Communicate effectively with business users in English and provide user support. Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC, with focus on SD and basic knowledge of MM
- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Working knowledge of FI/CO integration points (billing, revenue recognition, AR)
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM system (integration or business process level)
- Basic understanding of SAP BW / reporting concepts;

Experience in application support (L2/L3) in enterprise environments

- Good communication skills in English.

Experience with SAP-Salesforce integration scenarios

- Knowledge of IDocs, APIs, or middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite, or MuleSoft)
