About the job

This role reports to the Finance Manager and is part of a small two-person team (Finance Manager and Accounting Clerk). It is non-supervisory with no mentorship responsibilities.

Payroll experience A strategic thinker who can contribute beyond administrative tasks

Ideally a recent graduate or someone pursuing a career in accounting,

Ability to work from the Oakville office 2–3 days per week

Solid communication skills

Lives within a reasonable commuting distance

Solid technical capability with Excel (Advance proficiency)
