ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and digital solution improvement.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both business and technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, and documentation.
- Translate business needs into transparent requirements for technical teams.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
- Assist with solution testing, UAT, and requirement validation.
- Participate in stakeholder and project meetings.
- Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, project teams,



and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma or degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

NICE TO HAVE

- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience with process mapping or data analysis through academic projects, internships, or previous work.
