POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Junior Coordinator to join our team. You will act as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests, ensuring that every issue is addressed promptly and professionally. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence by improving tenant satisfaction through superior service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct recurring interior and exterior property inspections to document physical condition, identify preventative maintenance needs, and report findings to management.
- Assists clients with the walk through of the units and helps with the after-sales repairs and maintenance requests.
- Facilitate transparent communication between property owners, building managers, and tenants regarding scheduled repairs, utility shutdowns, or facility upgrades.




- Organizing and overseeing property renovations and upgrades.
- Managing relationships with sub trades and service providers.
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities are compliant with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinates preventive and routinary maintenance plans to minimize emergency repairs and responds to service maintenance requests.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

- 3+ years of experience in property maintenance, construction and facilities management.
- Deep understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural maintenance requirements.
- Knowledge of local housing laws, landlord-tenant acts, and OSHA safety standards relevant to property maintenance operations.
