We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating and overseeing various phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help drive project success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with project teams to review schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and clarity for on-site execution.
- Support the preparation of construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools to establish project budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, tracking procurement and delivery schedules to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, documenting work using Bluebeam and Civil 3D for precise reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs.
- Assist in managing project timelines by prioritizing tasks effectively and communicating updates promptly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Experience with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management platforms like ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Knowledge of civil engineering software including Civil 3D is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Prior construction experience or internship experience in a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
