Location: Remote / Hybrid (Toronto)

What You Will Do

As a full-stack web developer, your daily tasks will include:

- Working on the frontend and the backend of our core application.
- Building new features, fixing bugs, and writing automated tests.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining existing features.
- Exercising best practices of UI/UX to shape the best user experiences.
- Implementing AI flows through prompt engineering,



agentic orchestration, and MCP servers.
- Designing efficient data structures and models.
- Handling Git workflows to participate in the deployment process.

What You Bring

- Must reside and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- 2–3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Hands-on experience with Angular.
- Hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database operations.
- An eye for UI/UX design, with the ability to build responsive modern web pages.
- Understanding of authentication flows and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with Git, version control, and basic deployment workflows.
- Experience or familiarity with automated testing practices.
- Solid problem-solving skills and an inquisitive, eager-to-learn mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote/hybrid team.

Bonus Points For

- Experience with Python.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Cloud Environments.
- Exposure to modern AI development, such as Code Generation, Agentic AI, or MCP servers.
