Responsibilities
- Food Prep: Assist our kitchen team with daily food preparation (chopping, portioning, and prepping ingredients).
- Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes to maintain high health standards.
- Organization: Support the team in organizing and storing food supplies and helping with the intake of current deliveries.
- Safety First: Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain a clean, orderly kitchen environment at all times.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a definite plus, but a great attitude goes a long way.
- Knowledge:
Basic understanding of food prep techniques and food safety procedures.
- Efficiency: Ability to stay focused and move fast during our peak rushes.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a "how can I help?" mindset.
