Duties

- Thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas throughout your shift
- Support the food service team by organizing supplies and ensuring timely restocking of essentials
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations




- Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Help with setting up dining areas or assisting servers during busy service times when needed

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintaining sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Experience working in hotels or hospitality settings is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
