Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager/Cook to lead our culinary team and ensure the delivery of exceptional food experiences. Duties

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food preparation
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, including cooks and food service team members, fostering a collaborative and positive environment
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage food handling procedures to adhere to safety standards and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Enforce food safety protocols, including sanitation practices and proper temperature controls
- Assist with training staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and customer service standards




- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance and compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Extensive food handling knowledge and commitment to food safety standards
- Previous restaurant management or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food industry trends, restaurant management practices, and customer service excellence
