Kitchen Cook – Donatello Restaurant (Casual Fine Dining Italian)

Location: Toronto

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (flexible)

Donatello Restaurant has been serving traditional Italian cuisine for over 40 years. We are a well-established casual fine dining restaurant known for classic recipes, quality ingredients, and a loyal clientele. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute traditional Italian dishes according to established recipes
- Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control
- Assist with prep work, station setup, and service execution
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team during busy service hours

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (Italian cuisine preferred)
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and timing




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
