We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various physical tasks to support our ongoing projects and operations. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required
- Help with site preparation, including digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
- Assist in setting up work areas for various tasks or projects
- Perform other physical tasks as directed by supervisors to ensure project progress
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, or manual labor is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures in a work environment is advantageous
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills are essential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in outdoor or indoor settings
- Must have working at heights experience, ladders, scaffolding, comfortable with heights of one to two stories
- Driver’s license is mandatory and reliable vehicle.
- An absolute must is the ability to pull, and backup a trailer into position at different job sites using our company vehicle.
