Eyelash Technician – Part-Time

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and/or certified Eyelash Technician to join our Hush Lash Studio team on a part-time basis.

This position is best suited to someone who is already trained and confident performing skilled lash services and is looking to build their clientele within an established studio.

Coach Hill will be your primary/home studio, however, the ideal candidate must be willing and able to work shifts and take appointments at our Bridlewood studio as needed. Weekend availability is required as part of this position.

In addition to providing lash services, our Lash Technicians are part of the overall studio team and assist with client service, front desk responsibilities, and recommending appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities

- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail while providing a comfortable and protected client experience
- Consult with clients to recommend appropriate lash styles based on their preferences, eye shape, and natural lashes
- Provide professional lash fills, removals, and other lash services within your existing training and certification
- Educate clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer service before, during, and after appointments




- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
- Recommend appropriate lash aftercare products and other studio services
- Help create a welcoming, positive studio environment for clients and team members
- Work between our Coach Hill and Bridlewood studios when scheduled

Experience & Requirements
- Previous professional eyelash extension experience and/or recognized lash certification is required
- Must be comfortable independently performing lash extension services
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be willing and able to work at both Coach Hill and Bridlewood locations, with Coach Hill serving as the primary/home studio
- Previous customer service, beauty, or retail experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence recommending products and services based on individual client needs

Work Location: In person – primarily Coach Hill, with availability to work at Bridlewood as required.
