Maintains an inventory of all linen/towel stock;

In charge of careful handling and maintenance of all equipment and machinery in the laundry;

Participate in regular inventories, fabric care and repair and general laundry room cleaning;

Sort and fold clean laundry;

Strips all check out rooms

Other duties as required;

Adheres to Health & Safety policy and ensuring safe work practices are followed at all times;

To maintain production levels of all linens in the hotel;

Assisting the housekeeping team with duties as required;

Ensures all guest & colleague dry cleaning and laundry is done by 10:00 pm;

Offer professional, friendly and engaging service;

Communicate with the appropriate departments;

Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards;

Become familiar with product specifications of cleaning agents;

Be one of the front-line contacts for guests requiring Housekeeping assistance;

Remove stains in hotel linens.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $19.18 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
