About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Belron Canada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us.
Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring clear and accurate information is conveyed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
