- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, proactive approach and a problem solver.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing and building relationships with stakeholders. Nice to Have Skills & Experience - CBAP, PMI-PBA, FLMI, or similar certification in Business Analysis or Insurance foundations - Experience with underwriting, annuities, or insurance administration platforms.
