Title: .NET Lead Developer

Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid - 4 Days/Week).

Responsibilities:

- 12+ years in C# / .NET, comfortable in both .NET Framework and up-to-date .NET (Core / 6-8/10).
- ASP.NET Core, WCF/CoreWCF, and REST API development.
- Data access with EF Core / Dapper / ADO.NET and solid SQL Server.
- Docker / containers, working knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Linux basics.
- Unit testing (xUnit/MSTest) and code-coverage tooling.
- Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on with GenAI tools
- Nice-to-have:Kafka, IBM MQ, SSIS, HashiCorp Vault, Apigee/ISAM, legacy-crypto migration, GenAI coding assistants,



and banking/financial-services experience.

- Important considerations:Scope management – Prior experience in managing scope, baselining initial scope, assess scope changes during development and manage that with customer through prioritization and change control process
- Co-ordinate with offshore team and work with customers to get sign-offs on milestone deliverables
- Perform code reviews and defend the work done by the entire team during reviews with clients.
