Marshall Construction Company is hiring an experienced Lead Hand / Right-Hand Carpenter to join our concrete foundation team in Central Alberta.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of foundation construction experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (required)
- Clean driver's abstract and ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and safety-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Set up and strip concrete forms
- Install rebar and assist with concrete pours
- Support the Foreman with daily site operations
- Help train and mentor crew members
- Maintain safe and organized job sites
