In this vital role, you will oversee daily site operations, supervise crews, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide on-site activities
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications and standards
- Assist with construction estimating and budgeting to support project planning and resource allocation
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment




- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
- Extensive construction experience across various trades and project types
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality standards
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices in construction management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and solve problems proactively
