Volterra Surfaces specializes in high-end concrete coatings, epoxy flooring systems, self-leveling underlayments, decorative concrete overlays, microcement applications, and surface restoration. We are looking for a motivated and experienced installer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Install residential, commercial, and industrial epoxy flooring systems
- Perform concrete grinding, shot blasting, and surface preparation
- Install self-leveling concrete underlayments and overlays
- Assist with decorative concrete and microcement applications
- Perform hand-trowel finishing and resurfacing work
- Repair and prepare concrete substrates for coating applications
- Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and specialized flooring equipment
- Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Travel to various job sites throughout Ontario as required

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as an epoxy installer
- Experience with concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Experience installing self-leveling products and overlays
- Hand-trowel experience is considered a strong asset
- Comfortable operating floor grinders, vacuums, mixers, and power tools




- Ability to read project specifications and follow installation procedures
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
- Physically capable of lifting materials and working on your feet throughout the day

Requirements
- Valid G Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation to meeting locations
- Willingness to travel for projects
- Ability to work occasional out-of-town jobs
- When working out of town, transportation can be arranged through company carpooling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
