The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing. This position requires a deep understanding of QA automation processes and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and create effective test strategies.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document test cases, test results,



and defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices in automation testing.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in QA Automation Testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with performance testing and security testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Understanding of cloud-based testing environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
