Experienced Service Technician

Gorilla Property Services is looking for an experienced, dependable Service Technician to join our growing team.

Wage: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience The Role

This is a hands-on field position working across a variety of commercial and residential properties. We are looking for someone with strong practical skills who can assess problems, determine solutions, complete work independently, and lead a small crew when required.

The right person is a problem solver who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and can be trusted to represent Gorilla Property Services professionally on site.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete general repairs, maintenance, and property service work
- Troubleshoot issues and determine practical, cost-effective solutions
- Lead and provide direction to team members on multi-person jobs
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, coworkers, and management
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, ladders, and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas
- Complete required job documentation, photos, and service reports
- Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements

Our Core Services Our team provides a broad range of property maintenance and exterior cleaning services, including:

- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning and repairs
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Graffiti removal
- Parkade and parking lot cleaning
- Roof and flat-roof cleaning
- Snow and ice management
- Landscaping and exterior property maintenance




- Commercial property maintenance and service calls

What We're Looking For The successful candidate must:

- Have previous hands-on maintenance, construction, property services, or service technician experience
- Be mechanically inclined and confident using a variety of tools and equipment
- Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Be capable of working independently without constant supervision
- Be confident leading a small crew and keeping jobs organized
- Have robust verbal and written communication skills
- Be reliable, professional, and comfortable interacting directly with customers
- Be comfortable working at heights and using extension ladders up to 32 feet
- Be physically capable of lifting, carrying, climbing, crouching, reaching, and performing physically demanding work
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Meet our insurance company's requirements to operate company vehicles
- Be comfortable travelling between job sites and performing a wide variety of work
