About the Role

You'll own the leasing process from first contact to signed lease and oversee suite turnover. You will be reporting to the Leasing Manager of our Calgary portfolio.

:

- Handle inbound leasing inquiries, follow up with qualified prospects, arrange site tours, and guide them through the leasing process.
- Accurately manage all leasing administration: updating the leasing workflow for each prospect, processing applications, and completing lease documents
- Participate in market surveys with the leasing team, including mystery shop visits to competitors, and provide recommendations to senior management
- Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives as directed
- Ensure vacant suites are turned over and rent-ready
- Schedule your work week to meet business needs, which may include evenings and weekends

What You Bring





- A degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, focused in sales and customer service
- Experience in leasing a multi-residential building
- A professional demeanor and presentation, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to help prospects find their recent home
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as on a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs within the organization
- Strong computer skills, including social media marketing, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Yardi/RentManager

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
