What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

- Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency (essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude
- Professional presentation and self-motivation




- Full UK Driving Licence (own car preferred)
- Knowledge of the local area (advantageous)
- Committed, hardworking, and target-driven
