The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities:

- Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc) on different materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan welding tasks.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a protected working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within specifications.

Requirements:

- Journeyman Welder Certification or equivalent.




- Minimum of 3 years of welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc).
- Strong understanding of welding symbols and blueprint reading.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
