Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
- Assist in food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
- Ensure all food served meets safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Support the team with meal preparation during busy service hours to keep operations flowing smoothly




- Follow serving protocols to deliver timely and accurate orders to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and maintain a positive team atmosphere

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety practices and handling procedures
- Experience with meal preparation for large or small groups in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
- Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service through high-quality food presentation
