Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Follow proper food safety procedures at all times, including sanitation practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or food industry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Experience in meal preparation, food service, and serving guests is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
