Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations and equipment
- Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and accurately
- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure quality
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during busy hours
- Mainly Dinner service, dining room

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years' experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and procedures




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, or kitchen operations is a plus
