We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring all dishes meet our high standards for quality and safety. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to grow within the food industry.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Handle food safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts




- Support the team during busy hours by assisting with serving customers when needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends or holidays if required
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and food handling practices
