Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Cook dishes efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Plate and present food attractively, paying attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, organizing workstations, and managing food handling procedures.




- Collaborate with servers and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent food service.
- Follow all safety regulations related to cooking, food handling, and kitchen equipment operation to promote a safe workplace.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards is advantageous.
- Experience with serving guests or handling food in a fast-paced setting will help you excel in this role.
- Knowledge of food industry best practices related to meal preparation, food safety, and hygiene is beneficial.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
