Shift Time

Morning shift – 6:00AM – 2:30PM

What we have to offer

- $21.11 /hour to start - $22.11 /hour after probation (3 months)
- Annual Increases based on Collective Bargaining Agreement

Main Duties:

- You will be responsible for hanging prosciutto and applying lard on prosciutto as per SOP
- Lifting up to 10kgs
- Must work strictly in compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
- Produce a protected and quality product according to product specifications and HACCP/Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manual




- Other duties as required

Requirements:

- Good communication skills, both written and spoken English skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and take ownership
- Prioritize, multi-task and organize in a rapidly changing environment
- Display a positive and proactive attitude
- Follow and execute instructions given by mangers/supervisors
- Knowledge of food hygiene processes and reporting
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance procedures
- Other relevant duties as assigned by Production Supervisor or designate
