Responsibilities

- Provide attentive caregiving to individuals with diverse needs, including children and those with disabilities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support early childhood development through engaging educational activities, playtime, and classroom-like interactions
- Implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s specific requirements and preferences
- Foster a positive environment by encouraging social interaction, learning opportunities, and emotional support




- Maintain explicit communication with family members or guardians regarding the client’s progress and any concerns
- Ensure the home environment remains clean, organized, and safe by performing light housekeeping tasks related to caregiving duties

Requirements

- Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in caregiving or educational settings
- Background in caregiving, early childhood education, or classroom experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of caregiving best practices and safety protocols in home care environments
- Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and active engagement with clients of all ages
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and team members
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules within a live-in setting
- Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive manner
