Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Packers/Graders and Waiters to join our agile team! In this versatile role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and proper handling of live seafood in a fast-paced setting.

Overtime hrs are paid at 1.5x your wage after 44hrs.

Duties

- Carefully pack and grade seafood products to meet quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation are maintained throughout the process
- Handle food with proper sanitation practices, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety procedures.

Experience

- Previous seafood experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
