We are seeking a motivated and energetic Loader Operator/Labour to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, assisting with site preparation, and supporting various construction activities to ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will be key to maintaining safety standards and productivity in office.

Responsibilities
- Operate loaders, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently to move materials, clear sites, and assist with construction tasks
- Assist with site setup, including loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Support the installation of pipe, manholes other construction activities by providing reliable equipment operation
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and work performed
Skills
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders and other equipment
- Ability to perform routine maintenance checks
- Knowledge of construction processes including water and sewer, site preparation, and grading techniques
- Familiarity with safety standards related to heavy equipment operation in construction environments
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
