Overview The E-commerce Logistics Specialist (Mandarin) will be responsible for coordinating international shipments, working closely with 3PL partners and warehouses, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. This role requires solid cross-functional communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with logistics systems or e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Fulfillment

- Coordinate and track international and domestic shipments (courier, ocean, air)
- Manage customs documentation, duties, and regulatory compliance
- Communicate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for delays or issues

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

- Collaborate with warehouse teams to align on inventory levels and inbound schedules
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
- Support product transfers and restocking between international locations

E-commerce Operations Support

- Work with the operations and customer service team to resolve order issues
- Ensure smooth handoffs between e-commerce order processing and fulfillment
- Assist in improving shipping SLAs, tracking visibility, and customer experience

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Liaise with global teams across operations, procurement,



and product departments
- Coordinate with 3PLs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across different time zones
- Provide reporting and data insights on shipping KPIs and logistics costs

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or supply chain coordination
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and incoterms
- Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-national environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics platforms
- Knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify is a plus
- Mandarin language skills
- Previous experience in a small-to-mid-sized e-commerce business
