Western Dodge is currently seeking an Oil Change Technician to join our Service Department.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced automotive environment. Previous automotive experience is an asset, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Perform oil and filter changes on customer vehicles
- Check and top up vehicle fluids as required
- Inspect tires, filters and other basic maintenance items
- Complete basic vehicle inspections
- Identify and report maintenance or repair concerns
- Accurately document completed work
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
- Follow dealership procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Communicate with Service Advisors and other technicians as required
- Handle customer vehicles carefully and professionally

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual




- Ability to work efficiently in a busy shop environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop automotive skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Previous automotive or shop experience is considered an asset
