Responsibilities

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements with precision and efficiency
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety
- Conduct basic inspections to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks accurately
- Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate




- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment

Skills

- Dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance standards and safety regulations
