You will be responsible for daily maintenance of shared spaces, completing minor repairs, and ensuring safety inspections. The position offers an opportunity to engage with the community while utilizing your skills in building maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain reception areas and shared spaces daily
- Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, floors, and windows
- Inspect building systems for safety and compliance
- Handle minor repairs including drywall and painting
- Move furniture and equipment as needed Requirements:
- WHMIS, First Aid & CPR certified
- Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access
- Experience with electric and yard maintenance tools
- Ability to work independently
