Duties

- Conduct regular inspections of building, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and fixtures to ensure optimal operation
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of machinery and infrastructure
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times




- Collaborate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs or installations are required

Qualifications

- Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work in commercial or residential settings is preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license required
- Own tools required, have basic on the property
