This position is eligible for a hybrid flex arrangement The salary range for this position is:

- Recruitment range: $76,643 to $84,502. Starting salary is determined in accordance with the PEA Collective Agreement.
- Performance range: Up to $99,674. Progression beyond the recruitment range is available through annual performance increases, in accordance with the PEA Collective Agreement.

Job Summary

Mandate:

Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, the Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Centre. Along with the CRF Director and Associate Director,



the Manager will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to manage the Centre and drive the implementation of its strategy.

Objectives:

The Centre for Regenerative Futures (CRF) at the Gustavson School of Business is an entrepreneurial living laboratory where bold ideas take root and regeneration becomes real. The CRF empowers the Gustavson School of Business and other business schools around the world to engage in regenerative approaches by focusing on the four following priorities.

- Champion research that helps businesses become regenerative to restore communities and nature
- Transform business education to put regeneration at its core.
- Connect researchers, policy makers, community champions and business leaders to exchange and co-create knowledge on regenerative practices.
- Ideate transformative interventions to foster regenerative business.

Job Requirements This position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to an undergraduate degree in business administration, public administration, or environmental management, or a related field, plus a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

- Ability to work with a high degree of initiative, independence, and sound judgment in a complex environment.
- Proven experience developing and implementing creative initiatives that advance organizational goals, preferably in sustainability contexts.
- Strong project management, administrative, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on time.




- Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, compelling public-facing documents.
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to independently identify challenges and opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships in a team environment.
- Ability to interpret, apply, and communicate institutional policies, procedures, and practices effectively.
- Proficiency with office software and systems (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, spreadsheets) and familiarity with university/academic environments.
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, assess, and translate complex information and research findings into strategic recommendations and operational plans would be an asset.
