The Opportunity

Four Seasons Sunrooms GTA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the company’s day to day operational activities, further strengthen operational consistency and support its continued growth.

Reporting directly to the President, this individual will serve as a trusted operational partner and provide leadership across project delivery, installation, service and warehouse operations. They will directly lead the Project Managers, Project Coordinators and other operational team members, while ensuring projects are properly planned, coordinated and executed from order through completion.

This is primarily an office based leadership role, with approximately 90 percent of the individual’s time spent supporting the team and managing operations from the office, together with periodic site visits as required.

The Operations Manager will support effective planning, scheduling and communication while identifying practical opportunities to enhance operational processes. They will create a steady, collaborative environment in which employees are coached, supported and held accountable.

What You’ll Lead

- Lead, coach and provide direct oversight to the Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Supervisor, Service and Warehouse team members, reinforcing explicit expectations, accountability, teamwork and pride in workmanship.
- Own the overall production and installation schedule, ensuring projects are properly planned, resourced and coordinated from order through completion.




- Review project requirements and confirm that materials, labour, subcontractors and site conditions are ready before work is scheduled.
- Build an understanding of existing systems, processes and operating practices, identifying and implementing practical improvements where they will enhance consistency, communication and execution.
- Monitor project progress, costs, priorities and operational risks across multiple concurrent projects.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling, resource, customer and site related challenges before they affect project delivery.
- Support field leadership and ensure appropriate safety practices and compliance are maintained across job sites.
- Build strong working relationships with employees, subcontractors, vendors and homeowners.
- Work closely with the President and leadership team to support operational planning, business growth and an exceptional homeowner experience.

What We’re Looking For

- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in residential construction, renovations, custom homes, additions or design build environments. Candidates from related construction sectors, including high rise residential, subdivisions, curtain wall or glazing, may also be considered where their operational leadership experience is directly transferable.
- Strong practical knowledge of construction sequencing, trades, materials and site conditions, with the credibility to guide project and field teams through operational challenges.
- Minimum five years of team leadership experience within a construction operations environment, with direct responsibility for leading and developing employees in project management, project or construction coordination, site supervision and other operational functions.
- Demonstrated experience improving operational effectiveness and team accountability within a growing construction business, ideally one operating at or progressing toward annual revenues of $10 million or more.




- Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent residential construction projects of varying size, scope and complexity.
- Strong capabilities in project planning, scheduling, cost control and resource coordination.
- Operational maturity and sound judgment, with the ability to anticipate risks, establish priorities and keep multiple projects progressing consistently.
- Solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and residential permitting processes, with the ability to support teams and help resolve related issues.
- Proficiency with project management or ERP tools such as Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Monday or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Comfortable working in a primarily office based role with periodic site visits.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and ability to travel periodically throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Related business travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Overview The position offers a competitive base salary and eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus based on company and individual performance.
