We are looking for a collaborative and driven Manager, Vendor Supply Chain and Accessories to strengthen supplier partnerships, support national programs, and enhance inventory effectiveness. This role is responsible for leading vendor management initiatives, accessory development and commercialization, parts pricing support, and supplier performance programs that contribute to Mazda's overall aftersales success.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

Vendor Supply Chain & Supplier Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendor partners.
- Establish supplier performance targets, reviews, and communication processes.
- Collaborate with global and local vendors to support inventory, pricing, and supply chain effectiveness.
- Manage national supplier agreements and support dealer-direct programs including tires, batteries, wheels, oils, lubricants, chemicals, and other aftersales products.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement supplier and program improvements.

Accessories Management & Development
- Lead accessory development initiatives in collaboration with Mazda global teams,



local vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage accessories through the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch and sales support.
- Coordinate accessory pricing, fitment approvals, engineering specifications, and launch timing.
- Act as the primary contact for accessory vendors and dealer inquiries.
- Monitor accessory performance and prepare related reporting, KPIs, and sales analyses.

Parts Pricing & Business Support
- Support the development and implementation of competitive parts pricing strategies.
- Review pricing, sales, and profitability reports to identify opportunities and trends.
- Work closely with Finance and internal business partners regarding pricing initiatives and exceptions.
- Provide guidance and support to dealer and regional teams on pricing-related matters.

Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports within Vendor Management, Parts Pricing, and Invoicing functions
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performing team workplace.
- Support employee development through regular coaching, work planning, and performance management.

Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required):

- Post secondary education in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor management,



or aftersales operations, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating vendor agreements.
- Strong understanding of distribution, transportation, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Solid financial and business acumen.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Project management experience.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

This posting is for a vacancy at Mazda Canada. Hiring Salary Range for position: $86,500 - $107,500 CAD. The base salary offered will consider the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies, and will be set in a manner that supports fair and consistent internal equity practices.
