We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Manual Osteopath or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide hands-on manual therapy treatments aimed at improving clients’ mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Willing to learn and manage essential clinic administrative tasks, including processing direct billing, issuing invoices and receipts, scheduling appointments, and following up with patients to support their treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Deliver effective manual therapy treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs, including osteopathic techniques or massage therapy modalities
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ health histories, symptoms, and treatment goals
- Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout their treatment journey
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness
- Document treatment plans, progress notes,
and client records accurately and confidentially
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care when necessary
- Uphold all safety standards and adhere to licensing regulations and clinic policies
Experience
- Proven experience as a Manual Osteopath or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with valid licensing or certification in your region
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to manual therapy and musculoskeletal health
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
- Prior experience working in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for recent graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment
