Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, and snacks according to safety standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, adhering to food safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly




- Assist in food handling and serving duties, ensuring all items meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Work with your team to stock shelves throughout the day so it is easily accessible for customers when they need it.

Qualifications

- Experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Barista experience in a high-volume café environment is an asset
- Food Protected Level 1.
- Serving It Right.
- Must be available to work a varied schedule
- Friendly, helpful, and approachable manner.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
