About the Opportunity

Robert Half is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Marketing & Creative Recruiter to join our growing Greater Toronto Area team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who is passionate about connecting exceptional marketing, digital, communications, creative, and design talent with leading organizations across the GTA.

As a key member of our Marketing & Creative practice, you will partner with candidates and hiring managers to build high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.

What You'll Do

- Source, recruit, and place top marketing and creative professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong network of marketing, digital, creative, communications, eCommerce, and design talent throughout the GTA
- Conduct candidate interviews, skills assessments, reference checks, and market consultations
- Develop recruiting strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking events, and social media platforms
- Partner closely with Business Development Managers to understand client hiring needs and provide talent solutions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within our CRM and ATS systems
- Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skills within the marketing and creative landscape
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates while consistently achieving performance goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within Marketing, Creative, Digital, Communications, or Technology disciplines
- Knowledge of current marketing and creative trends
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
- Previous success in agency staffing or professional services environments
