Role Description The Marketing Intern (Japanese, Spanish, Chinese Speaking) is a contract, on-site position based in Vancouver, BC. In this role, the intern supports marketing campaigns aimed at international students by creating, translating, and adapting marketing content in Japanese, Spanish, and/or Chinese. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, helping execute marketing strategies, supporting social media and digital outreach, and coordinating basic promotional activities.

The intern also responds to student inquiries, provides customer service support,



and collaborates with the marketing and admissions teams to improve communication with target markets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction in English and at least one of Japanese, Spanish, or Chinese.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze trends, and provide insights on international student markets.
- Basic Sales and Customer Service skills to support prospective students and partners professionally.
- Understanding of Marketing Strategy and interest in implementing promotional initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- Comfort working in an in office, multicultural environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, office productivity software); familiarity with design or analytics tools is an asset.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
