About The Role The Marketing Manager, Canada at Daniels Health is a strategic role responsible for translating the company's global marketing strategy into localized, impactful campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue growth within the Canadian market. This position is essential in bridging the gap between sales and marketing teams, ensuring messaging, content, and campaigns are aligned with customer needs and market dynamics. The role focuses on pipeline development through targeted marketing efforts, creating high-impact sales enablement tools, and managing the content and messaging ecosystem specific to Canada.
The Marketing
Manager will act as the primary advocate for the Canadian market, ensuring that marketing activities support active sales opportunities, enhance brand positioning, and contribute directly to business growth.
Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of experience in B2B or healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Extensive experience in sales enablement, commercial content development, and campaign execution tied to revenue outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required to support regional initiatives and client engagement.
Responsibilities Commercial Content &
- Campaign Execution
- Own and manage the Canada commercial content calendar, including email campaigns, social media, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Translate global positioning into localized, customer-relevant messaging tailored to the Canadian market.
- Develop and deploy campaigns targeting key personas and verticals to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Partner with global content and digital teams to ensure efficient execution at scale.
Sales Enablement &
- Deal Support
- Create sales tools such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and templates to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support active opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Contribute to RFPs and proposals with clear, compelling narratives aligned with customer needs.
- Develop repeatable frameworks and templates to streamline sales enablement processes.
Sales &
- Pipeline Reporting
- Utilize Salesforce pipeline data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Translate insights into proactive marketing strategies that drive current business, customer retention, and account expansion across Canada.
- Partner with sales and digital marketing teams to connect pipeline performance with campaign activities, optimizing revenue generation.
- Establish clear processes for lead management, pipeline visibility, and sales enablement to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue goals.
Digital Campaign Alignment
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment on targeting strategies, messaging, and campaign priorities.
- Ensure digital programs address real customer pain points and align with commercial priorities.
Brand Stewardship &
- Market Insights
- Serve as the Canada brand expert within the healthcare waste division, maintaining consistency in messaging and market positioning.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, customers, and market dynamics specific to Canada.
- Continuously refine brand messaging, content priorities, and campaign focus to align with evolving business and customer needs.
