Responsibilities

Assist experienced masons with laying bricks, blocks, and stones according to project specifications.

Operate hand tools such as trowels, chisels, and hammers to support masonry work.

Handle power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, or prepare materials for installation.

Prepare work sites by cleaning surfaces, mixing mortar,



or setting up scaffolding and safety barriers.

Participate in renovation and restoration projects by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new masonry work.

Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean work setting throughout each shift.

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential.

Previous construction experience with masonry or related trades is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites is required.

Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude ensure smooth collaboration on diverse projects.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44.0 per week
