About the Role
We're looking for a Compliance & Risk Management Analyst to join a mobile device management (MDM/UEM) team at a large financial services organization. This role centers on monitoring mobile device compliance and vulnerability management — not deep systems administration. You'll review compliance dashboards, track down vulnerabilities, handle escalations, and help keep the mobile environment (mostly iOS, some Android and MacOS) audit-ready.
What You'll Do
- Monitor MDM/MAM services for compliance and availability
- Review the vulnerability dashboard (CVEs) for mobile OS/app risks and act on them
- Respond to vulnerability alerts and escalations from the vulnerability management team
- Upload and reconcile monthly "out of compliance" device data
- Track enrollment and policy errors on the mobility compliance dashboard
- Spot trends in non-compliance or recurring issues
- Keep procedure docs and knowledge articles current
- Suggest process improvements where you see them
What You'll Need
- Experience with a UEM/MDM platform (Intune, Workspace ONE/AirWatch, or similar) — 2–3 years is fine, you don't need to be an expert
- Comfortable with device enrollment across iOS, Android, and MacOS
- Background in endpoint security, information security, or MDM/UEM support all work well here
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and genuine initiative — training is provided on internal tools, but they want someone who takes ownership and asks positive questions
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Microsoft Entra ID, or network security
- Banking/financial services experience
