Location

Mississauga ON We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assemblers to join our Impact Line team. This role involves hands-on assembly of structural and mechanical components used in construction panel systems. Candidates should be comfortable working in a quick-paced, physical environment and using a variety of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and construction panels according to blueprints, drawings, or work instructions. Operate drill press, impact tools, and other assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Lift, position, and secure panels and components (up to 25-35 lbs regularly).

Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.



Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Skills

Minimum 1 year of mechanical assembly experience (manufacturing or construction environment preferred). Comfortable using hand and power tools, including drill presses and impact guns. Able to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 35 lbs safely.

Good attention to detail and strong work ethic. Reliable and punctual, with a positive team attitude. Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean work environment.
