As a Clinical Medical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical trial excellence and early therapy area development. Partnering with Clinical Operations to provide scientific and medical expertise during trial planning, start-up, recruitment, and retention. Gathering and analysing actionable insights to optimise trial outcomes and execution.

Engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and site staff to build strong relationships and ensure readiness for trial execution. Providing early medical and scientific input into product development, incorporating the perspectives of clinicians and patients. Establishing a strong presence in new and current therapy areas through scientific engagement and communication of Novo Nordisk's pipeline.

Co-designing and deploying scientific knowledge-building initiatives for Clinical Operations teams. Monitoring trial performance and proactively addressing scientific challenges in collaboration with Therapy Area Leads and Trial Managers. MD, PhD, MSc,



MPharm or equivalent in healthcare with strong background in clinical practice or research background ~3+ years’ experience in clinical or medical roles in the pharmaceutical industry ~ Robust understanding of pharmaceutical drug development and value chain ~ Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial methodology ~ Ability to innovate, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and embrace change ~ Willingness to leverage technology such as AI tools and adopt a data-driven approach in all aspects of work The Clinical Medical Department at Novo Nordisk is at the forefront of driving clinical trial excellence and early therapy area development.

The department operates in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working closely with Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs.
